Constitution, By-Laws and Policy Minutes
Each Club has its own Constitution registered with the Office of Fair Trading – Ask your Public Officer for a copy of your club’s own constitution. When a matter is not covered by your own constitution, or Australian Law, the relevant provision in the international standard constitution may apply. A copy is at the link below:
